I have a question about how Dol works

Read the FAQ first. Most questions are already answered there. If yours is not, see the contact options below.

I think I found a bug

If something on the website does not work right (a button is broken, a number looks wrong, you cannot complete a flow), let us know with as much detail as you can:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What you expected
  • What actually happened
  • A screenshot if possible
  • Your wallet address (the public one, never your seed phrase)

I think I found a security issue

If you discover a vulnerability in any Dol contract, the website, or the protocol logic, please report it privately, not publicly. We do not want a bug that puts user funds at risk to be visible on Twitter before we have a chance to patch it.

Send to security@dol.app with as much technical detail as you can provide. Encrypt the email if you can — we will publish a PGP key on this page once the team is fully set up.

We do not have a paid bug bounty program in Phase 1, but we will publicly credit responsible disclosures and we will do our best to compensate severe findings out of pocket.

I want to talk to a human

For anything not covered above — partnership, press, general feedback — email hello@dol.app.

We do not run a Discord, Telegram, or live chat in Phase 1. The team is small, response times depend on what is happening that week, and we would rather answer slowly and well than create the impression of a 24/7 support desk that does not actually exist.

I am from a regulator or law enforcement

Contact legal@dol.app. We will respond and cooperate as required by applicable law. See the Restitution and Enforcement Clause (Section 11 of the Terms of Service) for the disclosure framework.

What we cannot help with

  • Lost wallets, lost seed phrases, lost private keys. Dol is non-custodial. We do not hold your keys and we cannot recover them. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover your Dol — nobody can. Back up your seed phrase before you commit any meaningful amount.
  • Tax advice. We are not your tax advisor. See your local accountant or tax software.
  • Legal advice. We are not your lawyer. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure are not legal advice — they are our terms.
  • Reversing transactions. On-chain transactions are final. If you sent USDC to the wrong address or fell for a phishing site, we cannot reverse it.

Response times

Phase 1 is run by a small team. We aim for:

  • Security reports: within 24 hours
  • Bug reports: within 2 business days
  • General questions: within 5 business days

If something is on fire and you have not heard back, follow up. We are not ignoring you — we are probably on a deploy or a deadline.
