Where Dol is available

Dol Phase 1 is available only in five countries:

| | Country | |---|---| | 🇻🇳 | Vietnam | | 🇹🇷 | Turkey | | 🇵🇭 | Philippines | | 🇲🇽 | Mexico | | 🇦🇷 | Argentina |

If you live anywhere else, you cannot use Dol right now. The Dol homepage detects your country and blocks access from outside this list.

Why only five countries

The honest answer is that crypto products like Dol sit in different legal categories in different places, and we are a small team without the budget to be compliant in every market on day one. So we picked five markets where we can launch responsibly with the legal setup we have today, and we are starting there.

We chose these five for three reasons:

  1. High retail crypto adoption. People in these countries already use crypto, so we are not the first thing they touch.
  2. Clear legal posture. None of the five has rules that would force us to block ourselves on day one.
  3. No active enforcement against foreign protocols. We are not aware of regulators in these countries pursuing teams in our shape.

This is not a permanent decision. It is a starting point. As we grow, we will add more countries — but each new country needs its own legal review, and we will not turn one on until the work is done.

Where Dol is not available

For clarity, Dol is explicitly not available to residents of:

  • United States (and territories)
  • European Union (all 27 member states)
  • United Kingdom
  • Republic of Korea
  • Japan
  • China
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Singapore
  • Hong Kong
  • Any country on the OFAC sanctions list
  • Any country not on the five-country list above

If you are in one of these places, please do not try to bypass the geographic restrictions with a VPN. The first-visit confirmation modal asks you to attest that you are not using a VPN, and bypassing it puts the legal risk on you. The Terms of Service Section 11 explains what happens if we identify a wallet that has bypassed our restrictions.

I am in a blocked country — what now

Visit the Unavailable page from any blocked region and you can leave your email on the waitlist. We will let you know when (or if) Dol becomes available where you live. The waitlist is a one-way notification — we will not market other products to you, and we will not share your email with anyone.

Why these five may change

  • A regulator in any of the five could change the rules. If that happens, we will pull out of that market.
  • We may add countries as we grow and the legal work expands.
  • We may temporarily restrict a country during incidents or upgrades.

We will publish any change to this list at the top of this page and announce it in the Dol updates feed.
